Ordinary Parish Council Meetings
Parish Council meetings are normally held in the Coates Village Hall starting at 7:00pm.
The most recent meeting was held on Tuesday 5 March and the draft minutes of the meeting can be found here Meeting held 5 March 2024
The next meeting of the council will be on 30 May 2024. A copy of the agendawill be issued closer to the date of the meeting.
The public are always welcome to attend all parish council meetings and can talk directly to Councillors about any matters of interest or concern.
Annual Parish Meeting
